This Privacy Policy describes how Picksy ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use our complete property ecosystem.
Picksy operates three integrated services: Picksy Properties (buy, sell, and rent property postings), Picksy Care (property maintenance and care services marketplace), and Picksy Stays (accommodation and retreat bookings platform).
By using Picksy, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
When you create an account, we collect: Name and contact information (email, phone number), Profile information and photo, Authentication credentials, User preferences and settings, Account type (buyer, seller, service provider, or host).
For property postings, we collect: Property details, descriptions, and specifications, Property location and address, Photos and videos, Pricing information, Property features and amenities, Seller/landlord contact preferences.
For service providers, we collect: Business name and description, Services offered and pricing, Professional licenses and certifications, Business location and service areas, Portfolio photos and work samples, Reviews and ratings from clients.
For accommodation hosts, we collect: Property type and amenities, Availability and pricing calendars, House rules and cancellation policies, Photos and property descriptions, Location information, Host profile and reviews.
We collect: Messages sent through our platform, Customer support inquiries, Feedback and reviews you submit, Inquiry responses and booking requests.
Currently, payments are processed via bank transfer. We collect: Payment receipts and transaction confirmations. We do not store your bank account details on our servers. Future payment gateway integration will use secure third-party processors.
We automatically collect: IP address and device information, Browser type and version, Pages visited and features used, Search queries and filters applied, Time spent on platform, Click patterns and navigation paths, Location data (approximate from IP, precise if you grant permission).
